Hi Guys!

I am having a number of Microsoft Access documents that I would like to use, but in a different file system. They are about 1000 documents and I would like to convert all of them to KML document formats. Which Microsoft Access to KML converter will be best fitted for this task? Thanks a bunch for your assistance.

Hello Halleleilani,

1000 documents are quite many and the problem is further complicated by them being in different file systems. I recommend that you use the KMLCSV 2.2 converter. To use it, first make your .accdb file extensions to a .csv file by saving your database as an Excel file; this option is available in the Office “save as” menu option. Once in .csv format, you can now convert the file into a KML file by using the tool.
