Which method adds logos for auto signature easily?

Hi,

I recently registered my new company and created new website with email auto response.

Please advise how I can add logos for auto signature to both auto response and mails I send.

Hi Mellisa,

Creation of logos and insertion of signatures vary from application to application.

So since you didn’t mention what email server you are using I cannot give you a specific answer.

For this reason, I will assume that you are using Outlook:

In Outlook here’s how you do it:

1. On the menu, click on Tools, and then select Options.

2. A new window will open and select Mail Format. You will see a Signature tab, you should click it.

3. From here you can either type your signature or upload an image format of your signature or logo if you want it to be graphic. Then click OK.

This should do it. Hope it will work.
