There is no need to use any additional software to convert PowerPoint presentation into video, you can use Office. To do that follow there instructions:
Create your presentation, add images or narration as necessary and save it.
Now go to File and click Save and Send
Now you'll see dialog and in that dialog click on Create a Video
Select what kind of video you need, depending on type of your presentation select one of presets
Click Create video button
Select location where you want to save it and you are done
