The difference between 32 bit and 64 bit many, they have both the advantages and disadvantages each.
32-bit operating system it is just restricted to a maximum of 4 gigabytes of RAM. While on 64-bit there is no limit on RAM, it can be installed even maximum RAM.
If you are running 3d modelling, autocad or other softwares that needs high graphics and need more RAM use 64-bit.
Actually all of the latest OS from Microsoft support 32-bit and 64-bit, and I recommend you to use 32-bit if your a PC games and software types Pc, because 32-bit is much faster than 64-bit.
Instead of changing your PC day by day I advised you to use 32-bit OS which is more user friendly and enables it user to run easily.
