Which key dell instant launch support? What all options can I program it into? Can I use any other key on the keyboard to respond to those commands?

You did not mention particular model of Dell which is causing some problem for you that you need to get this utility worker.
But here I am giving you shortcut key which invokes this program on Dell XPS 15.
You should press Fn + F9 to activate instant launch.
Ctr+Fn+ Arrow Keys enables you to increase volume or decrease it.
