I have Windows 8.1 PC and want a data manager for my PC because I use proxy server and my data usage has limits. So for this reason I want to know which app or software is eating up my data, please tell me a data manager which give right stats on data usage and that supports Windows 8.1. And also mention a site where I can download it.

With this application, you can check which applications on your computer are downloading most.
The application also allows you to block any applications on your computer from doing any downloads as well as limit their download capacities up to a certain amount. If you want to try it, download NetLimiter 3. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It also requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or higher.
If you don’t have it, you can download it from Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1. Since you are using Windows 8.1, download and install NetLimiter 4.0.8.0 instead. It supports Windows 7 and later.
