I have new gadget called Samsung wave and but there is some part is missing, which is the installer. where is Installer of htc widget for Samsung wave ?

Sadly you didn't specify what model of Samsung Wave you are using. But I assume that it's either one of the following phone models in Wave one. So it's either Wave 525, Wave 533, Wave 575, Wave 723 or Wave 578. All of these phones has 240×400 screen resolution.
Luckily I've got one HTC One X Style widget here in my computer and I'll attach it for you. Plus, attached herewith are some screenshots of the said widget, so I recommend before downloading and installing it into your phone kindly check out first these images.

Follow these basic steps for the htc widget in your samsung wave:
1) Connect your samsung wave to the computer using the usb cable.
2) Download the .txt file from the attachment below, change it extension to .wgt in properties and copy it to your device.
3) Now click on the .wgt file on your wave and install it to your device.
4) Now go to home screen and tap widgets on the top left screen and select it.
