Hi,
The way you are thinking is possible. Just attach USB device with the computer. 
When it is confirmed by the pc, open Delphi and open the file needed to be printed. 
Use Ctrl+P shortcut and save it in the USB by browsing the place of USB. After saving it, the print file can be transferred to other devices.

Hi Jeff,

    It should work by plugging in the USB cable and I want to suggest you also check the properties on your printer then go to the Ports tab and see if < Enabled Printer Spooling > is checked. You also have to add LPT1 port in addition to the USB port. Since the Windows is set to get data from the LPT port if there are no printer connected it will then go to the USB port.
