Well first I would suggest you to check out the official website of Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary.

You can use it when you are online.

But if you want to download it so that to use it offline then you will have to buy it.

If you are a Google Chrome user then you should check out Google Dictionary. It is very useful.

Hallo Joseph,

There are many voice translation dictionaries online and therefore you can make good use of them.

Some of them include the following:

When you access this sites, you will be able to type the word then you want to translate and then you can hit the voice button, and then hit the translate button to translate and after that hit the voice button to hear the translated word.

There are many sites like this online and therefore you just have to search on Google.

Google translate will be another good option for it allows you to hear the translated words out loud.

Regards,

Carl
