Hello Lillian Garsia,

A journal entry can be created manually from a mail message on the navigation pane you can add journal view button at the bottom – right of the pane to enable the Journal look at your Mailbox Folders list

1-   Click configure buttons

2-   Add or remove buttons

3-   Click journal

To create an outlook journal from the computer. First of all from the start menu Microsoft outlook:

1-   Click “option” next, choose “journal options” view the Journal timeline and select what you want. Everything (email, meetings, phone calls, etc.) that happened in one day shows in the Journal view.

2-   To insert item manually select “file”  “new” then “journal entry”.
