Hello!

The easiest way to open SWF files you can use:

  • Adobe Flash Player.
  • Internet Explorer: Right click the file, Then click (Open with), Then choose IE.

But if you want to edit your SWF files, I suggest you download “Sothink SWF Quicker”.

  • Supports importing and editing SWF file.
  • Supports editing flash.

Enjoy and Have a great day.

Well Marry

There is too many software as flash player 11 can make the solution for you. It can run all kind of SWF files. But in the case of editing them you may use swf decompiler.

A free decompiler can be download from http://www.sothink.com/ or swfdecompiler official site. Both the site can provide you a great software to make extra instance with existing.

Another great software is adobe flash professional CS6.

Thanks

Adobe Flash Player would be the standard for opening SWF files, though there are a lot of other Software's out there. As for editing SWF files, you need other Software's to convert SWF back to FLA.

SWF are compiled Flash objects, you need to convert them back to FLA format so you can edit then in Adobe Flash Professional or Adobe Flash Builder.
