SDAT, also known as the Maryland Department of Assessment and Taxation, is a very good example of an online real estate database. When you visit this website, it will automatically show you a box where you can select a county and the method of viewing the property record.
For example, I selected “Somerset County” and “property sales”. A parameter with fields will appear next. Filling this out will help you search better.
This will then give you a list of available real estate in your selected county and date that you chose.
