And also include the official website of this software application so that I will be able to read all the feature and terms of services that the software can offer to its users. Researching technical issues is not easy for me that is why I am asking for your help guys.

Corrector scanning test or calibrating your scanner I think there’s no software for testing. You can only correct test it by your own scanner and during you purchased the scanner there is software attached to it. There is no software for such a thing because each printer is programmed differently. What I suggest you doing is; either re-posting here with your printer name and number or read the instruction manual. Calibration is usually automatic when installing new ink.
Notice: if you have hardware problems, there will be no way of fixing that but mechanically.
