Hi guys. I'm trying to assemble my PC which now has MSI B75MA-E33 with Click BIOS II, USB 3.0, 6 GB SATA and Live Update 5 license software. Where can I find driver XP for MSI license software? Thanks in advance.

Drivers for different motherboard kits are different based upon the Operating System that you would wan to install. I have given the link where you can download the drivers for MSI B75MA-E33 for XP Operating system 64 bit.
If you want to download for different system, you can then select the appropriate Operating System and then click ok. Then accordingly the list will get updated.

You mentioned you have Live Update 5 which is provided to download proper drivers for your system. This MSI tool will scan your PC and promote you to download proper motherboard, graphics, audio, antivirus and bios drivers for your hardware. Just open the software and click scan button. You can download and install drivers within the live update 5 software.
If you still want to download drivers manually then and can download MSI motherboard and bios drivers, to get ATI graphics drivers or NVIDIA drivers, and download Realtek audio drivers.
You can also use Ccleaner, Which is a very useful utility. This free utility will keep your system drive clean and also fixes registry errors of your system.

You can go directly to the MSI official website and then type the motherboard brand on the search box. Click on the Download tab and then select from the list which driver you wish to download. I attached the link here.
