I'm planning to create and simulate lighting effects using DirectX10, can someone teach me how?  My PC has 4 GB RAM, Windows OS 7 64 bit and 2 GB Nvidia GeForce GT 640 Graphics Card 128 bit DDR3 Kepler Architecture. 

Where can I find Direct3d for Nvidia free download?  Thanks.
