I just installed NBA 2k13 on my Windows XP desktop that has a 2 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD and a 1GB ATi Radeon Graphics Card. The program just shows a black screen when launched. Where can I find the Catalyst Manager download latest version?

I found this link for you, http://www.amd.com/en-us/markets/game/downloads, it has a list of catalyst drivers for different operating systems. Just select the correct operating for your system and install it. It would also be a good thing to check and make sure that your DirectX version is up to date. NBA2K13 requires DIrectX 9.0 or higher.
To check the DirectX version just do these few simple steps.
1. Click Start>Run.
2. In the Run box type in dxdiag, click yes on the pop-up. Look for the DirectX version and make sure it is 9.0 or higher.
