Hi guys,
I want to make a star gif file for my presentation, but I have no graphic software on my PC. Where can I draw a gif on Internet? I need detail guide.

There are several applications available in the market that will do the required task for you. You can use Picasion GIF Maker which allows you to make or generate any GIF animation online. You do not have to install any complicated program for this. Just visit this link http://picasion.com/ , provide few image files and click on create animation button. You will have the desired file.

If you don't have graphics software installed in your computer, you can make use of what came installed with windows. MSPaint should be available in your computer. What you want to do is draw the star using MSPaint first, then save your star pictures in one folder.
