Hi Halton Roy,

You could buy a Creative Sound Blaster Recon 3D PCIe at www.amazon.com.

The packaging there usually comes with the box sealed and undamaged.

They sell their items as advertised and it usually arrives two days shipping.

The box contained the sound card (Recon3D),  a beam forming microphone, and an installation disc along with a quick install guide. It also includes a software for easy installation and it is not a ram hog like some of the old creative tools that has to be installed in order for the card to run it's best.

Also if you want a much cheaper sound blaster you could choose to buy Creative Sound Blaster Recon 3D THX PCIE Sound Card SB1350 that is if you do not want the sound card with frills like the red illumination.

Hope this could help your query.
