I am using Windows 7, and every time I will try to connect to Farmville or go to other sites, an error message will appear “download the latest version of Flash Player,” of which I followed. I downloaded the latest version of Flash Player, but when I again go to Farmville or other sites, the same error message still appears. I have already downloaded the latest version of Flash Player over and over again, but I still kept on receiving the same error message. What should I do? Please help me. Thank you.

Perhaps you just downloaded the software and was not able to install it? To download Flash Player go to this site:
After the download is done, make sure you open the file that was downloaded to run it. This will install Flash Player in your computer. Also make sure your browsers are closed when the installation is being processed.
You also need to make sure that Flash Player is not blocked in your computer’s browser. If this is a personal computer, this shouldn’t be a problem, however if this is an office computer, your IT department may have implemented some restrictions to disallow the use of Flash Player. Contact your IT department if this is the case.
