The error you're getting says that the permission is denied. There are only two things that could cause this error – you either don't have the permissions to write in the folder, or you're running out of a disk space.

The first thing you should do is to check if you have enough of space on your hard drive. Open the terminal and check if there is enough space. If not, quick cleaning will do the trick and you'll be able to copy the file to the folder.

To check the permissions on your folder, right click the folder and choose the Preferences. Under the Permissions tab you will find the settings you need to change. Go through the groups and make sure all groups have rights to read and write in the folder.
