Check the version of your operating system if you are using the 32-bit or 64-bit version. I’m not sure if CoCASA (Comprehensive Clinic Assessment Software Application) is compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows, its official website does not say anything about this information. After installing CoCASA, double-click its icon on the desktop to open the application. Maybe you are opening one of the files in its installation folder that’s why you are getting this error. Don’t double-click just any file in its installation directory to launch it, use its icon on your desktop.

This application can be installed on a computer running on Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 and Windows XP. If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7 on your computer, I think you better check the information at https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/programs/cocasa/installation.html when installing CoCASA on these specific Windows platform versions. It also requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1.
