Hi friends,

I'm really disappointed with my new laptop but can't help keeping it with me . The first day I bought it noticed its not fast working like any other new notebook. But ignored that fact and its now a week I have to wait 2 to 3 minutes to open any apps its Windows 8.1 by Lenovo model is G 40. So please tell me how to overcome this problem.
