I want to setup my account for outlook express msg. What is the procedure to setup outlook express msg so that I will able to access my message offline. I want to import all the messages to my local machine.

Hi OmarionAlejandro,to set up your outlook express, Go to Tools in outlook express, then select accounts,then go to the mail tab and from the add menu select mail. In the display name field,enter your full name and click next,in the email address field enter your email address and then click next,on the email server names page,complete the information for example: pop.server,net if you’re using pop and imap.server.net if you’re using imap, and for the outgoing mail : ex: smtp.server.net then click next.In the account name and password fields,enter your email address and password then click next. Then on the set-up confirmation page, click finish.
On the mail tab,select the account you created,then click properties, then go to the servers tab, and select my server requires authentication and click apply, then go to advanced tab and type 80 as port number for outgoing mail or smtp, and 110 for incoming mail of pop3 and click ok. And if you want to keep a copy of your email messages stored in your webmail,in the delivery section,select Leave a copy of messages on server. And your oputlook account is all set up. Click close and return to your outlook express. I hope this information has been very helpful to you.
