Any website which have a database or dynamic functionality need functionality control and that we can call as an admin panel. For example you have a site where you have a feedback form for your guest.
There many types of visitor may come and paste any unnecessary materials and you need to edit or delete them. If your site has an admin panel then you can do the job easily.
