Hello experts,

I was told to research about this. What is an unprotected info path form template? Can you cite an example of how does this work? I don't know what is this all about and I need to know to gain more knowledge. Thank you.

Hello Martin,

When you enable protection in Microsoft Office InfoPath, you will be preventing users from opening or modifying a form template in design mode. After you enable this setting, the Design this form command will not be available on the Tools menu in InfoPath when users fill out a form based on the form template.

Regards,

Carl

By enabling protection in Microsoft Office Info Path you are going to prevent user from opening or editing a form template in design mode. When you are enabling it will not be available in the Tools menu in Info Path. Please visit the Microsoft Office website where you will find more solution respectively.
