Hey, follow the below steps when my laptop won’t turn off is as follows:
• When you computer is not turning off try for ctrl + alt + del
• Next the screen appears there on the lower right side select the power icon
• Later click the shift key and press on the restart
• Next on the screen go for turn off computer
• Now the laptop will get powered off successfully
