I want to know what is the minimum size of RAM I should have in my PC to play all kind of games like RPEG and 3D games. Please tell me so that I can upgrade my PC RAM if necessary. I really love playing games so please tell me the answer.

Sounds like you are a game enthusiast!
In order to play games like RPEG and 3D games, you must have at least 8GB RAM.
Although your system would be able to even allow you to play with 3GB Ram, but the performance would be not as per your expectations!
Stick some more RAM and you'll probably be able to run most of them
Install a good quality Graphic Card from Nvdia or Intel to get more better performance
