I have been assigned to develop a psp application but I think the psp phone price is so high to get the application platform to develop application please suggest how to get them in less price

If you are interested in buying the PSP phone for testing purposes only then you could complete your task by using the PSP emulator. It has been designed for Android, IOS and Windows. Hence pickup up any phone from the above 3 platforms and use the PSP emulator for your development. You can find all the details of the emulator.
If you are still interested on the phone and want it for a cheap price then my friend your only option would be to buy a used one from ebay.
