I had two email accounts set up in the mail on my apple laptop. Because of having a log in problem, I had to delete the account which one is relatively less important. But I'm stunned that, this deleted the linked mailbox and all the contents along with it. Is it possible to recover apple mailbox? I had one or two very important files there.
What is the recovery process for deleted mailbox in apple?
As of this writing there is no known process of recovery yet for Mac mail. The only solution would be to re-configure your email address to Mac mail. Also known as “sync”.
1. From your Mac dock select Open Mail. Go to "File" and select "Open Account," A "Welcome Mail" message may pop instead, follow the same steps.
2. Decide which email address that you would like to manage and enter in your name, email address and the email address password in the appropriate field.
3. Click "Automatically Setup Account",
4. Select "Create," for Mac to successfully set up the mail account.
Start reading and sending emails as normal. Should you lose your email password, all you need to do is to go the email provider home page and access forgot password link. Follow the Instructions to retrieve or reset your password.
