Screenshots are advisable to get a clear picture of the problem. After the incident is prepared, report the issue to your respective QAD service provider depending on the service area.
The resolution depends on how severe the problem is, the accuracy of the report submitted, how easily and fast can it be resolved, the complexity of the problem, and also if the problem can be solved by QAD itself or any third party needs to be involved.
