Good day everyone!
I am having issues with the installation of exchange 2010 SP2 MSXML.
During the setup process, I notice that ID 31136 has a fatal error. It came from MSI installer tool. What do you think might be the cause of it. Can you help me find out?

The error you're getting says that setup has failed and you should try again. Having the error log file would be of a great help, but you can still try the following to fix the issue:
Â
– Find and download the copy of the Windows Installer package for the version of the MSXML you are installing
Â
– Move the copy to the folder Exchsrvrbin
Â
– Rename the existing msxml*yourversion*.msi file to something else as a backup
Â
– Copy the latest version of the MSXML Installer and rename it to the msxml*yourversion*.msi
Â
– Click Retry on the error or if you've already left the installation start again.
