I started a blog that shared the everyday life of my family. Traffic is really slow so I do not qualify for product reviews that other bloggers are getting. When looking online there are a lot of suggestions to use Google Adwords and low PPC. Can someone explain to me how this will help me blog?
What is PPC and Adwords To Promote My Website?
The Google Adwords is a way to earn money out of your website. If you blog regularly and your blog site receives regular traffic, you can add Google Adwords to monetize the incoming traffic. You don’t actually earn from the traffic you generate. It doesn’t work that way. When someone visits your blog site and he or she clicks one of the ads displayed on the page, you get to earn from that click.
The amount generated from that click is not really that much. It is actually very small. But if you have many visitors on your blog site, the chances of getting more clicks from the ads are high. The higher the clicks you generate, the more you earn from the ads. But I’m not sure if Google also imposes the policy of not allowing a website with few contents to add Google Adwords.
There are ad services that check your contents first before accepting your application for their ad service. If your website is not yet that populated or still has few contents, the ad service will not approve your application.
