What is NTFS and FAT 32 use in the Operating System

Both NTFS and FAT32 are both files systems that you can use for storage of your files on your storage drives on your computer system. When setting up your hard drives, during partitioning or formatting, you are often which file system you will want to use.

There are usually some factors that distinguish the two, hence making one of them better compared to the other. Some of the factors are follows:

• NTFS is always thought to be more secure that FAT32 hence most people will go for it for the safety of their data.
• Though NTFS is better, some of its maintenance tools have been said to be so bogus compared to FAT32.

• The ability to recover lost data easily.
• In case the file system structure supports manual check and repair in case it has problems.
• In the files system can be scanned for Malware and allow them to be cleaned with ease.
