NAP stands for Network Access Policy. It is a technology used for client health policy enforcement, creation, and remediation. The NAP helps system administrator to enforce and establish health policies for all the clients. The health policies can include software requirements and security issues. The client systems which are not in compliance with the Network Access Policy in place can have restricted access to privileges. They can also be brought in compliance with the Network Access Policy forcefully.
