My Microsoft Office suite contains Microsoft Office Groove 2007, and I don’t know how to use it. I want to know why Microsoft Office Groove required is.
Microsoft Office Groove 2007 provides you the opportunity to work on a project with a no. of people engaged in it. Multiple people can work on the same project at the same time for different organizations either by a remote server or by working offline.
It creates a virtual workspace where you can create, share and edit your documents and then compile them for the purpose suited for. Microsoft Office Groove works in collaboration with a group of people who interact with each other, share their thoughts and ideas, team up together for a particular task and complete it.

Microsoft Office Groove is now known as Microsoft SharePoint Workspace. It is a discontinued desktop application designed for document collaboration in teams with members who do not share the same network security clearance or who are always offline. It is a collaboration application that allows multiple people to work on a single project even if they work for different organizations, work offline, or work remotely.
This can be very useful for your business because the application creates a virtual workspace where users can share and edit documents stored at a remote server which synchronizes and monitors the group’s work. The software is no longer included in Microsoft Office 2013 and has been replaced by a web-based service called SharePoint.
