There currently is two leading software in the market they are the best.
Tango and Viber are best for Android really it should be awesome for your phone these are very easy to download and connected with friends you can get free video calls using this, this works to PC, phones and tabs etc. This is easy to open account also.
Tango saves battery power also comparing to others. This can use 3G, 4G and WIFI.
If you wish IM chat (messaging) then IMO is best because you can connect Facebook, Skype etc.
Overall Viber or Tango is the best for Video chat for Android.
