What is a good Email archiving software?

Hi guys.  I need an email archiving software that automatically creates a copy then stores it in my desired location.  I need the software to be compatible with a Windows 7 64 bit system and Microsoft Outlook 2010.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Hi William S Snell,

 

Rather than installing a new software, I would suggest you to activate auto archive in outlook.
Outlook 2010 gives you the chance to automatically perform email archive as per your requirements.
You have to follow below path to reach the Auto Archive Settings
 
File – Options – Advanced – AutoArchive Settings
 
Once arrived to the AutoArchive window, select the options that are in your interest.
