You need a computer maintenance checklist to be able to solve your problem. To be able to start computer maintenance checklist, you need to set the system restore point. You need to remove junk files and other unwanted files. First thinkg to do is clean up your disk:

• Right click my computer
• On the drive that you wanna clean, click properties
• Then select disk clean up
• Some examples of unwanted files or junks that you want to delete compressed old files temporary files and offline webpages

Another thing that you need to do is delete your browsing history.

• On the web browser you are using, click tools
• select intenet option
• Click browse history and then click delete
