Then it may awesome and more dynamic. Adobe Dreamweaver is most popular software for web site editing.
You may use Adobe Dreamweaver of Macromedia Dreamweaver for make an HTML page easily.
It has three design view to make any page.Â
Some default script such as layer, image insert, button add, change color, change style, background properties etc.
So just install that software in your PC first and then start making a new website by Adobe Dreamweaver.

There are a lot of HTML editors that you can choose from around the web. One of the very easy to learn is Microsoft's FrontPage HTML Tools. FrontPage HTML Tools also known as WYSIWYG because it has a friendly interface where you can edit HTML tags while in Page View.
The toolbars and menus are also very similar to other MS Office Applications so you can familiarize yourself easily.
Another good Editor from Microsoft is Visual Web Developer Express. It has everything from tools you need to build and run websites to framework, web server, database and applications. You can see this site for more information and to download the software.
