These two terms frame relay and MPLS are very familiar and have some similarities. But they both are different. I want to know about the differences in those frame relay vs. MPLS.

When compared to location. The frame-relay is located in OSI model as a Layer 2 technology. It is alternative for MAC address to switch data

Whereas an MPLS is a little more impossible to remove and instead of just a single layer it belongs to all Layer 2, 3 and 4.

I will say that MPLS is better when both are compared.

MPLS is used by more population and a very basically developed technology and we probably understand that the more people use more are it better.
