Dear

Physical memory mean how much RAM you have installed in your system. For example, if you have 1 GB memory chips in your system, you have 1 GB of physical memory. This is your total physical memory available in your system and system use it to load the operating system and programs.

Available memory mean how much RAM is not already being used by the computer. Loading the operating system takes up memory, your available memory drops right after your computer start.

You can check both two memories by pressing Ctrl+ Alt + Del button, windows task manager will open and in the performance tab, you can view both memories.

Physical Memory is the RAM that was installed in your computer. For example, you have a  two 512 memory chips in your computer. This memory is what your computer uses to load the Operating System as well as computer programs and files. It is a kind of memory that can be attached through the slot located in the Motherboard in your machine. You can replace it if  has been damage/not detected, having a big RAM installed in your computer will helps you  to load your program faster than you never expected.

Available Memory is referred to how much RAM that is not being used by the computer. The available memory drops right after you boot your machine You can reduce memory for how much the Operating System usage by uninstall the system files that not being used.  Once you are running a certain programs it is loaded in your computer memory and therefore reduces your available memory.

For example: having a large program to load like Autocad, Photoshop CS5 latest, it has a big amount that the memory used to it, because when you are having a big files to open/load your machine, it will send through the Available Memory on how much it can be used. So therefore ,the best way to increase available memory is add More RAM, or Physical memory to be able to maintain the speed of your computer for your convenient, so therefore having a big amount of RAM helps your computer run faster.
