Hi, I am a new user of iTunes, and I don’t have much knowledge about it, neither am I of a technical background. I am having difficulty in using the software as iTunes won’t play music stuck at 0:00 as you can see in the picture below shows up. I would be glad if I get some assistance. How to solve this issue?
