When I try to open a game like LCDDem, it would not load. The game would crash, and I could not proceed.
It already has the package for 2000 runtime installed, but it does not do any good.
What can I do to fix this problem?

You said your problem was all games failed on your PC, but you only mentioned LCD Dem which is a Japanese game.Â
Therefore, I am assuming that the actual problem is that you are having problems installing and/or running Japanese games.
If that is the case, then the only way for you to run Japanese games is to enable Japanese support for Windows.

Moreover, for LCD Dem, there is an English version so you should probably try that first.
