Ubuntu like any other Linux distribution don't have much viruses. You can count them on one hand. But if you want to have more security then I recommend ClamAV Antivirus since it's best open source antivirus. You can install it by typing this to terminal: sudo apt-get install clamav clamtk
You can also use Avast or AVG which are also popular on Windows.

For Linux there is no such a risk from virus. Infecting a Linux machine is very hard to do. If you want protect your machine with high security it’s good to have a virus scanning software around though.
So I suggest you to install Avast Anti virus software, because it has a great Linux GUI and easy to update definitions and scan the folders of your choice
