I'm currently using Apache HTTP server up until now. I've been using this server for quite a while already, Now I want to explore some new servers to use like Java HTTP server. Now, I want to know what is the best server http to be used? I mean what is the most used servers by the majority? Thanks techyv.com!

Thanks for asking a very important question. Although usage of Apache HTTP server is in the declining stage from June' 2012, it happens to be still widely used all around the world. In recent study shows nginx http server has gained ground tremendously. It is lightweight, works in both Unix like & windows environment. It's development language is C. You can also use Nanohttpd which is Java based includes mobile enabled. There is Mongrel which supports Unix & Linux and used by many developed in Ruby. Also available the likes of Mongoose, Litetpd etc.
