If the documents on the USB flash are ruined then it might be a little hard to recover them. You will need to use an antivirus software that you have on your computer to scan for the issues with the USB and see if that will resolve them. If it can't you will just need to format the USB and then ensure that you do not use it on computers that are infected with viruses.

If your USB flash is corrupted by worms, Trojans, malwares etc., the best way to get rid of them is installing a good anti-virus as Norton or Avira and scanning it. If you already have an anti-virus on your PC, scan through it. The drive can be repaired easily if bad sectors have not appeared, if there are any bad sectors confined then you have to fully format it in order to keep it functioning. Â I am afraid you will lose all your data after scanning.
