Hi guys. Can someone suggest the best PC cleaner 2013? I'm looking for an all in one tune-up utility that can do a disk cleanup, fix registries, defragment and remove unnecessary registries. I need the program to be compatible with a Windows XP 64 bit system. Thanks.
