There is a business contact manager program for Outlook 2013 but it will also work with Office 2010.
Another great standalone program to try is Salesforce. It is completely online based so you can access it from anywhere. You can share information with anyone that you have added as a contact.
The contacts tab allows you to see any contact information about any of your employees and clients.
You can add, delete and mass email any leads. There are a host of other features.
