If you want to enjoy watching videos without buffering, you must do the following:
1. If you are using a WiFi connection, ensure that the connection is firm, fast and stable to avoid the buffering.
2. Download the video to your mobile phone and watch it without buffering.
3. Use an application such as NextVid. This application is the best advanced YouTube player available in Android devices.
4. Lower the video quality to 240p.
5. Pause the video until the loading sign disappears.
6. Refresh the page.

Sadly, there is no way you can enjoy a non-buffering video if your internet connection relies on your mobile phone using the GSM network. In mobile phones or mobile communications, the Global System for Mobile Communications or GSM (originally Groupe Spécial Mobile) is the standard type of digital cellular networks which is set and developed by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute or ETSI and is also known as the second generation network or 2G.
This is the kind of network used during the early days of mobile communications. GSM is generally intended for mobile phones and will make internet browsing very poor. GSM was expanded over time to what now known as GPRS or General Packet Radio Services then followed by EDGE or Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution which is also referred to as EGPRS.
It was later improved to what now known as 3G which was developed by 3GPP. If you want to use the internet to watch video on your phone, make sure you have a strong signal because phones solely rely on signal reception for better connection.
