Although there is a vast variety of toolbars, but the ten topmost toolbars according to my point of view are: Google toolbar, google translate toolbar, Yahoo toolbar, AOL toolbar, Facebook toolbar, Windows Live toolbar, eBay toolbar, Search bar, Ask toolbar, Stumble Upon toolbar and Amazon toolbar respectively.

There are a many toolbars are available and now a day you can get some browsers which directly include some of the toolbars like yahoo, Google, Bing etc. Although you can download so many others from internet.
My suggestion is, please search the toolbars on different search engines like yahoo, Google, Live. I hope you will find all the necessary toolbars on those search engines.
